The authors have brought to our attention an error on page 2767. In the final paragraph of the section "Procedure 5: Linearity," the fourth sentence (correction in bold) should read:

"The second and third readings are evaluated for repeatability and only accepted if the difference between the readings is ≤0.04%."

The authors have brought to our attention an error on page 3785. In the second paragraph of the "Materials and Methods" section, the third sentence (correction in bold) should read:

"Hexane:isopropanol (3:2 vol/vol; containing 50 mg of butylated hydroxytoluene per L of solvent to prevent oxidation of milk fatty acids) was added at 18 mL/g of fat cake."
