Estimated Heterogeneity of Phenotypic Variance of Test-Day Yield with a Structural Variance Model N. Gengler, G. R. Wiggans, and A. Gillon

On page 1910, under "Heterogeneity Parameter", the first equation was incorrectly reproduced. The corrected equation should read as follows:

Based on Meuwissen et al. (1996), a heterogeneity parameter (z) for variance subclass k was developed:


where ê = estimated e, = residual variance, and nk = number of records in variance subclass k.
