Some Notes on the Effect of Heat on Members of the Colon Typhoid Group in Milk

ABSTRACT

The results of these experiments indicate that the members of the colon-typhoid group in milk in the numbers to which they would occur are destroyed by heating for thirty minutes at 60°C.
