The American Dairy Products Institute

The American Dairy Products Institute is the national trade association of the processed dairy products industry. It was established under its current name on April 17, 1986 through a merger of the American Dry Milk Institute and the Whey Products Institute. In April 1987, the Evaporated Milk Association also merged with it. Thus, the American Dairy Products Institute now represents three industry segments that formerly each supported its own association.
