Director-Elect R. L. Richter, Texas A&M University, of the Dairy Foods Division, Director- Elect H. H. Van Horn, University of Florida of the Production Division, and Vice President- Elect B. R. Baumgardt, Purdue University, attended the meeting as observers. The annual meeting of the Board of Directors of ADSA was called to order at 8:30 a.m. on June 25, 1983, at the Howard Johnson's Motor Lodge, Madison, WI by President Schultz. New officers were welcomed to the Board as visitors and observers.
