McGilliard, Michigan State University, Editor-in-Chief; C. A. Ernstrom, Utah State University, Associate Editor, and Directors D. L. Bath, University of California; A. E. Freeman, Iowa State University; R. W. Hemken, University of Kentucky; R. T. Marshall, University of Missouri; C. B. Morr, Clemson University; and N. F. Olson, University of Wisconsin.

Director-elect, D. H. Braund, Agway Inc., Syracuse, NY, of the Production Division attended the meeting as an observer. G. H. Richardson, Director-elect of the Dairy Foods Division, was unable to attend.

The annual meeting of the Board of Directors of ADSA was called to order at 0830 h on June 26, 1982, at the Sheraton Penn State Motor Inn, State College, PA, by President Martin.
