ABSTRACT
The Nominating Committees of the American Dairy Science Association have selected the following slate for National Officers: for Vice President of ADSA from the Dairy Foods Division, Robert T. Marshall, Missouri, and Norman F. Olson, Wisconsin. Director of ADSA from the Dairy Foods Division, Gary H. Richardson, Utah, and Ronald L. Richter, Texas. Director of ADSA from the Production Division, Darwin G. Braund, New York, and Raymond G. Cragle, Illinois.
Ballots were mailed to the voting members of the Association in April 1982 with a request that they be returned to the National Office on or before May 18, 1982. The final choice in the election of officers rests with you. Therefore, WE URGE YOU TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO VOTE.
Robert T. Marshall
As Professor of Food Science and Nutrition, University of Missouri-Columbia, Robert Marshall teaches courses in dairy technology, foods microbiology, food quality, and food sanitation. His research concerns psychrotroph-ic bacteria of foods and their enzymes with particular applications to milk and milk products.
