Reorganization of the Board

ABSTRACT

President Campbell called the meeting to order at 0830, Wednesday, July 1, 1981, and welcomed the newly elected Vice President, L. H. Schultz, University of Wisconsin, and Directors, C. V. Morr, Clemson University, and D. L. Bath, University of California, to the Board.

The first items of business was to reaffirm affiliation with AAALAC in 1981 with the annual dues at $200. Baumgardt moved, seconded by Marshall, that ADSA affiliate on the recommendation of our representative of AAALAC for the year 1981, and to review at the next annual meeting of the Board. Motion passed.

At this point Campbell recognized Logan Bower, Pennsylvania State University, who will serve as President of the Student Affiliate Division 1981 to 1982.

Previously reported were the annual dues to affiliate with the International Dairy Federation at $1,000 per year. Recommended by Muck was that ADSA's status would be $500 annually, and he recommended payment of the dues for one year with a review of continuation on an annual basis.
