Duties of the AD HOC Judging Committee, Production Division

1. Formulate rules for the National Contest with the assistance of and approval of a majority of participating coaches.
   
2. Provide the contest superintendent with rule changes and suggestions for official judges recommended by a majority of the participating coaches.
   
3. Receive any applications of schools seeking admittance to the national contest and make recommendations concerning acceptance to the coaches.
   
4. Notify the applying schools of the coaches' decision.
   
5. Write an annual report covering committee and coaches' actions, as well as results of the national contest. This report to be presented to the Production Council of ADSA prior to the annual meeting.
   
6. Conduct meetings of participating coaches and interested parties concerning operation of the national contest and any other pertinent matters. Meetings will be held annually or more often if necessary in the opinion of the committee.
   
7. Provide a copy of minutes of these meetings to all schools that have had teams accepted for competition in the national contest and other interested parties.
