Proposals to Amend bylaws of Production Division, American Dairy Science Association

Changes of the bylaws accepted by the Production Council and presented to the Production Division at its 1980 annual meeting will be voted on by the Production Division at its 1981 meeting after this publication. Amendment requires affirmative votes of three-fourths of Professional Members voting at the annual meeting of the Divison.

The proposal is to amend Section 5c of the Bylaws of the Production Division by replacing la with "Six Professional Members of the Division"; by deleting 2c; by deleting all of 4a after "announced"; and by deleting 5 b.

The amendment is to adjust to the restructuring of the National DHI Coordinating Committee that has made the bylaws for the Dairy Cattle Improvement Committee inappropriate.
