An Advisory Committee to Review, Evaluate, and Plan Dairy Extension Programs

ABSTRACT

We describe utilization of a Dairy Extension Advisory Committee comprised primarily of Extension agents for planning, reviewing, and evaluating Dairy Extension education programs, preparation of extension literature, development of Extension agent in-service education, and problem identification. A procedure is outlined for measuring the performance of Extension specialists, and suggestions are made for improving this evaluation.
