Charles H. White, Director, Quality Assurance

Dean Foods Company, Rockford, IL 61101

ABSTRACT

Of 212 questionnaires mailed to members and related members of the dairy food industry, 162 (76.4%) were returned. This survey dealt with the problem of recommending a curriculum which will satisfy industry's need for professionals at entry. A core curriculum of dairy food courses, based on the results of this survey, has been proposed. Appropriate comments submitted by respondents to the questionnaire likewise have been included.
