ABSTRACT

Published in the April 1973 issue of the Journal of Dairy Science was the general program for the 68th Annual Meeting of the American Dairy Science Association to be hosted by Washington State University, Pullman, June 24 to 27, 1973. For many months the Program Committee, chaired by J. E. Legates, North Carolina State University, has been active in assembling a program of scientific research and planning symposia on timely topics of interest to all. The manufacturing Section has scheduled presentation of 75 papers; the Production Division has a program containing 176 papers; and the Industry and Business Section has scheduled an invitional seminar and symposia entitled Integrated Instrumental Systems for Analysis of Milk Composition and Quality, and Milk and Dairy Products for the American Diet. In addition to the invitiational seminar and symposia, the Manufacturing Section and Production Division also have scheduled several symposia.

A mailing to all members of the Association was made the middle of April giving them an opportunity to pre-register for the 68th Annual Meeting.
