Student Affiliate Division Articular

ABSTRACT

The last week of June, 1973, brought a slight change to the Washington State University campus at Pullman. Ten student affiliate clubs sent delegates to the 1973 ADSA meetings. For many of us, this was an opportunity to meet new friends and renew old friendships. It was also a chance to see how other clubs operate.

The first business meeting was called to order by President Robbie Paxson on June 25. After the short meeting students were able to tour Idaho State-Washington State Universities. That afternoon was the undergraduate paper contest. The winners and their topics were:

1st place — Neal McKinney of Texas A & M University whose subject was Embryo Transfers.
2nd place — Kirk Cochran of the University of Missouri whose subject was Do Dairy Products Cause Heart Disease?
3rd place — Ida Reder of South Dakota State University whose subject was Whey Utilization.
