Survival of Streptococcus lactis and Leuconostoc citrovorum Following Exposure to N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitrosoquanidine

ABSTRACT

Survival curves were determined for a strain of Streptococcus lactis and Leuconostoc citrovorum when exposed to N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitrosoquanidine under varying conditions of temperature and pH.
