The President's Comments

ABSTRACT

The following item should be of interest to all members of ADSA. The Dairyland Food Laboratories, Inc., Waukesha, Wisconsin, have agreed to underwrite the cost of printing the program for the annual meeting of ADSA. This program will have a very attractive cover, and will carry the abstracts of the papers to be presented at the annual meeting. This agreement is tentative for a five-year period. I think each of us will appreciate the availability of the abstracts of the papers during the annual meeting. I know that I missed them when (because of costs) the practice of printing them as part of the program was discontinued several years ago.

I have been informed by the American Society of Agronomy that members of ADSA are eligible for nomination for the Edward W. Browning Award. The selection of the recipient of this award is made by the American Society of Agronomy. The award is approved and administered by the New York Community Trust Foundation.
