President T. Marshall Hahn's Invitation to the 67th Annual Meeting

ABSTRACT

Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Virginia's Land-Grant University, celebrates its Centennial in 1972. As one of the highlights of our birthday celebration, we look forward to the pleasure of being host to the 67th annual meeting of the American Dairy Science Association on our campus on July 26–29.

Because of Virginia Tech's 100 years of leadership in agricultural instruction, extension, and research, as well as in numerous other disciplines, we will take pride in exhibiting our facilities and campus to the distinguished members of the American Dairy Science Association. Our faculty in the Departments of Dairy Science and Food Science and Technology will serve as hosts for your meetings, but all the rest of us at the University will join me in working to make your visit a pleasant and rewarding one.
