Aggregation of Hydrolytic End-Products of {alpha}s1-Casein

ABSTRACT

Proteolytic digests of {alpha}s1-casein aggregated at pH 9.0 as indicated by gel filtration chromatography. Aggregation was eliminated at pH 5.7.
