Proposed Revisions to the Constitution and By-Laws of ADSA

At the 63rd Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors approved a revision of the Constitution and By-Laws prepared by a committee appointed in 1967 to draft a revision. Procedures for approval of the documents are in accordance with Article VI of the Constitution as published in Volume 45, Number 12, 1962, pages 137–140.
