This industry has moved in a brief decade from manual operations into an era of consolidation. Large, automated plants servicing geographic regions are becoming the rule. Ask any plant manager, "What is the most critical area of operating an automated plant?" The answer is always the same, People. Those who can influence the training and understanding of our future managers, skilled technicians, labor relation specialists, food researchers, and design engineers can provide better support in closing the personnel gap.
