ABSTRACT
Two rapid methods of precipitation are compared with a dry-ashing procedure for determining the copper content of milk. The methods involve the use of zinc dibenzyldithiocarbamate (Arazate), which eliminates the need for pH adjustment. Both methods agree with the dry-ashing procedure and are repeatable.
