Authors Instructions for the Journal of Dairy Science

The second revision of the Style Manual for Biological Journals¹ has been adopted in all technical details as the guide for authors.²

Publication of papers is not limited to members of ADSA. Nonmember scientists from all countries are invited to submit papers for consideration for publication in the Journal. Papers when accepted become the copyright of the JOURNAL and may be reprinted only by the publisher. Reproduction of graphs, tables, and illustrations for books and other periodicals may be authorized by the Editor-in-Chief.

To be eligible for publication in the JOURNAL the data in papers must not have appeared previously in any other publication except in abstract form.

All manuscripts must be submitted in duplicate to the Editor-in-Chief, E. O. Herreid, 903 Fairview Avenue, Urbana, Illinois 61801. The ribbon copy, only, of revised manuscripts should be resubmitted.

Receipts of manuscripts will be acknowledged. Senior author will be notified within 30 to 60 days of the action taken by the Editorial Staff.
