American Dairy Science Association Relations with Other Organizations

ABSTRACT

I have tried in these past few minutes to review for you some of the activities and relationships that your Association have, particularly with other groups in the field of international relations. I have attempted to point out possibilities for increasing this activity, if this is the desire and policy of the Association. Many of the other scientific societies are likewise giving increasing attention to this subject. I am sure there is a boundless opportunity to be of service. From the standpoint of the production interests, I believe close liaison with ASAS in international activity is desirable. From the standpoint of the dairy processing interests, perhaps similar liaison with societies like the Society of Food Technology would be desirable.
