ABSTRACT

Conclusions: A method for the extraction of insecticide residues from milk using the Babcock test has been developed. Using this procedure, a laboratory could use the same sample of milk to determine per cent milk fat and insecticide residue. It could be used as a screening procedure for analysis of milk for chlorinated insecticide residues in composite milk samples.
