Invitation for Nominations for Officers of the American Dairy Science Association

Department of Dairy Science, Texas A and M University, College Station

ABSTRACT

As a member of the American Dairy Science Association, you have the opportunity to propose nominees for officers and directors to be elected by the membership during the current year. Their terms will begin at the installation at our next Annual Meeting, June, 1964.

The offices to be filled are:

1. Vice-President to be selected from the area of Dairy Manufactures; he will automatically advance to the Presidency in June, 1965.
   
2. Two directors from the area of extension, for terms of 3 years.
   

In view of the responsibilities involved, it is urged that the nominees suggested be chosen from among those who have demonstrated interest and leadership in the affairs of the Association. These may be members who have served as sectional officers or as members of important committees. You are urged to suggest your choice of worthy candidates to the Chairman or other member of the Nominating Committee no later than December 31, 1963.
