A. H. Robertson New President of AOAC
A. H. Robertson, New York State Dept. of Agriculture and Markets, is the newly elected president of the Association of Official Agricultural Chemists. Dr. Robertson is a prominent member of A.D.S.A.

He is recognized as one of the leading dairy bacteriologists in the United States and is especially interested in the problems with frozen foods. Development of frozen foods, their commercial expansion, the problem of sanitation, and the future of frozen foods are especially engaging Dr. Robertson's attention. In his presidential address to the Association next year he plans to discuss various phases of the frozen food industry and venture a prophecy for the future for frozen products in American living.
He edited the ninth and tenth editions of Standard Methods for the Examination of Dairy Products for the American Public Health Association. He assists in the critical evaluation of analytical procedures, in making recommendations for acceptance of methods by official agencies, and in directing studies to establish the reliability of methods.
