ABSTRACT
Conclusion: The present work with calves, heifers, and cows showed the losses of crimped oats fed to be 0.77% or less. These results favor the use of crimped oats in coarsetextured feeds for dairy cattle, and substantiate the recommendation made by Colovos and coworkers (1).
