The Mechanics of a Cream Separator Cleaned and Sterilized by Centrifugal Force

ABSTRACT

It was found at a velocity of 5,004 r.p.m., that the bowl released cleaning and sterilizing solutions into the cream and skimmilk assembly at 109 p.s.i.g., which is the pressure the instant the solutions leave the bowl.
