The Determination of Linoleic Acid in Milk Fat

ABSTRACT

A spectrophotometric method is described for the determination of linoleic acid in milk fat. Values are given for the linoleic acid and apparent linolenic acid content of samples of milk fat obtained from whey and from summer and winter milk.
