ABSTRACT
Adding increasing increments of washed leucocytes to freshly pasteurized, nonhomogenized milk resulted in increasing the depth of the cream layer to its "breaking point" beyond which a "cream layer" composed of fat and leucocytes formed at the bottom of the bottle.
A mutual attraction appears to exist between the milk fat globules and the leucocytes of milk.
