The Effect of Feeding Mangels or Dried Beet Pulp to Cows on the Development of Oxidized Flavor in Milk*

ABSTRACT

Conclusions: From the results of these tests it is concluded that the feeding of mangels or beet pulp in no way prevented or increased the susceptibility of milk to the development of oxidized flavor.
