The Lactose and Chloride Concentrations of Milk Produced during Irregular Intervals between Milkings1

ABSTRACT

Conclusions:

  1. Unequal intervals between milkings did not significantly affect the lactose and chloride concentrations of the milk produced by two cows in this experiment.
  2. No change in the taste of the milk was observed during the course of the experiment.
