The Calculation of Absolute Viscosity from Data Secured by means of the Torsion Pendulum Viscosimeter

ABSTRACT

An equation has been developed which makes possible the conversion of degrees retardation, a measure of viscosity determined by means of the torsion pendulum (Mojonnier-Doolittle) viscosimeter, into centipoise, the unit of absolute viscosity.
