The Concentrated Water Soluble Fraction of Milk as a Source of Vitamin B

From the Research Laboratories of The Dry Milk Company, Bainbridge, New York

ABSTRACT

Conclusions: Data are given which show that the solids of the water soluble fraction of milk, when properly prepared and concentrated, are highly potent in vitamin B content and compare favorably with dried yeast as a source of the growth promoting and antineuritic factor.
